Dow Woodworks just finished installing these new name and hail boards. Accomplished ship carver Jim Knowles carved the letters for me, then I finished off the carpentry, applied sixteen coats of exterior acrylic urethane varnish, primer and two topcoats of polyurethane to the border and letters.
